I am a little bit sceptical on relying to much on third-party
resources (here: sf.net) for building Debian packages.  Also,
involvement of DDs and other Debian people is more common - and
maybe easier - with alioth.

If we had the relevant packages on svn.debian.org, wouldn't it
be easy to have a simple script, that does 'cvs checkout' on
the sf.net side and svn-inject on the svn.debian.org side?
Finally call svn-buildpackage and it shouldn't be much more work
than building the .deb files on sf.net.  Naive thinking?
