David,

Sorry for not getting back with you about this before now.

I sent a message to our project-internal mailing list asking for
an OK to add you to the project. I doubt anybody will object, so
I should be able to add you by the end of this week. Once I do,
we can file an SF support request asking them to import your CVS
module so that we can keep the change history intact.
