[xml/sgml] debiandoc2dbxml: moving to svn and new version

Hi all,

W. Borgert suggested last August to move from cvs to svn, svn.debian.org.
I would like to move debiandoc2dbxml. 
Just untar debiandoc2dbxml_0.2.tar.gz in the repository, svn add and svn commit.
Let me know if this is right.

Next, I want to make a new version of this package.
Would one of you, DD, be kind to build and upload a new package from this source?
(Lintian is ok!).
