Sorry, I really don't understand. There is just one debian/changelog
file and this file lives in the Alioth CVS. I also did not give you any
link to another changelog file. I just pointed to the .changes file of
the built package for a quick overview, what has changed in this package
version (teh package was built with cvs-buildpackage in a pbuilder
CHROOT, the .build-file can be found at
http://debian.wgdd.de/debian/incoming/packages/docbook-xsl_1.71.0.dfsg.1-1_i386.build). If you prefer to read the debian/changelog instead of the .changes file, it's available at http://cvs.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/packages/docbook-xsl/debian/changelog?rev=1.18&content-type=text/x-cvsweb-markup&cvsroot=debian-xml-sgml.

As I already said: there is only the Alioth CVS. I just put the built
packages (that need a sponsor) to my webserver, so sponsors can pick
them up. The latest package build for docbook-xsl is also there:
http://debian.wgdd.de/debian/incoming/packages/.

I'm sorry, but I miss, which problem you see.

Regards, Daniel
