[xml/sgml] packaging DITA Open Toolkit for Debian

Hi All,

I used to be an active debian developer (mrj at debian.org) who mainly packaged
many docbook and xml-related resources and xslt processing tools.

I'm wondering if I might rejoin the project in order to add some DITA
packages to the distribution, (see bug #555635), chiefly those parts of the
DITA-OT that are missing.

Would anyone find value in this?

I wonder if I have to go through the entire re-application process??
