OASIS members and XML developers:

The OASIS Web Services Reliable Messaging (WSRM) TC has approved v.992
of the WSRM Specification as a Committee Draft, and is now starting a 30
day public review of the documents in anticipation of submitting it to
the OASIS membership for approval as an OASIS Standard. This is in
accordance with the OASIS Technical Committee Process document (see
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#standard).

The public review starts today, 17 March 2004 and ends 19 April 2004.

The specification is found at:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/5999/WS-Reliability-CD-0992.zip

Comments are welcome from all interested parties and may be submitted to
the TC via a web form found on the TC's web page at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/wsrm. Click the button for "Send A
Comment" at the top of the page.

Any comments made can be viewed at
