It has been recently reported on the sparclinux mailing list that SILO 
fails to build against the newer kernel headers, confirmed in the 
current pbuilder chroot:

A current patch applied in Gentoo has been posted [1], however it is 
probably better to wait until maintainer reviews it and makes it 
official.
