The deborphan(1) man page mixes up dummy and transitional packages:

    dummy  This option tries to find dummy packages, i.e. packages with
           dummy or transitional in their short description.

But a transitional package (a package with "transitional" in its
short description) isn't necessarily a dummy package, i.e. such a
package may contain executables, like ffmpeg:
