[debpool] RFS: debpool - Debian package archive maintenance utility (updated package)

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for the new version 0.3.5
of my package "debpool".

DebPool is a package archive maintenance utility. It is designed with the goal 
of keeping the number of dependencies down to a minimum. It is intended to be 
a lightweight replacement for the full Debian archival scripts, in the 
tradition of debarchive and mini-dinstall, but using a pool layout and 
avoiding external dependencies.

It builds these binary packages:
debpool    - pool-based Debian package archiver

The package appears to be lintian clean.

The upload would fix these bugs: 245526, 307895, 310320, 322593, 350503, 
368554, 368555, 400402, 408105, 412090, 415204, 415272, 415323, 415447, 
415639, 453905, 454102, 454173, 455439, 455449, 465937, 481861
