[debpool] Bug#502454: Use Compress::Zlib and Compress::Bzip2 for compression

We should use Compress::Zlib and Compress::Bzip2 for our compression modules 
in DebPool.

Attached are the two modules rewritten to use the Compress::Zlib and 
Compress::Bzip2 modules. They are from bug #415447.
