[debpool] RFS: debpool - Debian package archive maintenance utility (updated package)

OK. I addressed this issue and uploaded a new package to mentors.
- dget http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/d/debpool/debpool_0.3.10.dsc

Also, I used the suggestion at http://wiki.debian.org/DpkgConffileHandling. 
The other page you mentioned would have left a package with a lintian error.
