Sorry for the double post -- I hate web interfaces...

Let me clearify one point: I am not against clearly defining the tags, we
need this to allow the maintainers who care, to tag their packages
carefully!
What I am against is dropping a well known term, only because it is not 100%
clearly defined. Its another issue, if the term is very fuzzy (like
application and utility...).
