In the last time I also noted an increased number of references to the
debtags system on debian-devel. It must have something to do with
Debconf ;-) (See for example the thread about technical details in
package descriptions
http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2005/07/msg01074.html)
The awareness for debtags has raised alot wich is a good base to improve
the tagging completeness.
