the Packages file

Hello,
I would suggest that you briefly explain how the tags come into the
Packages file. I.e. that they are first added via an external interface
(mention debtags-edit and the webinterface here), and after approval are
added to the central archive from where they are exported to the
Packages file. You could reference a website explaining "how to
tag"/"what to keep in mind while tagging" packages (do we have such a
website already?).
This would provide useful information, and hint the package maintainers
that they can help tagging their packages.
Everything else seems OK to me.
Btw. you open with "Hello everyone from the Debtags team!" and end with
"Ciao Enrico". This seems a bit odd. Perhaps you should say something
like
"Ciao Enrico - speaking for the debtags team" (Sorry for my formal
english, it is very bad. You (or Thaddeus) have probably a better way of
saying this...).
Greetings Ben
