[Debtags-devel] Education tag

Hello,

when searching for a vocabulary trainer, I was unable to find an
"education" tag. I think education is quite a common thing to search for
so I would suggest to add the tag "use::education".

Once again I want to remind Enrico about some stuff I've mentioned
before:
     1. what about renaming devel::environment to devel::ide
     2. the ldesc/sdesc function for facets returns only the facet name
        which is not very enlightening
