Current vocabulary has:

Tag: uitoolkit::wxwindows
Description: WxWindows user interface

But wxWindows changed its name to wxWidgets, due to trademark issue:
See http://www.wxwidgets.org/name.htm

So this shall be changed in debtags. I suggests:

Tag: uitoolkit::wxwidgets
Description: wxWidgets user interface

(Also, don't capitalize w in WxWidgets. It's wrong to do so.)

As this renames a tag, I guess mass update of tag database is also necessary.
How does one do that?
