Actually all of them have the facets as tags in the central database.
The "tags" export file is somewhat optimized by removing them.
The algorithm used in the old web interface relies on treating facets
as tags (and having a tag imply the facet).

Of course "leftover" facets should be removed, but thats easy to do.
