I disagree. "icq" implies "oscar" is fine, but "oscar" cannot imply
anything. So if someone tags his package with oscar it might have no aim
or icq. We could have something like "oscar" "Requires: icq | aim" but I
don't think it is a good idea to add this level of complexity (appart
from the fact that there might come up other IMs which use oscar).
