[Debtags-devel] Homepage update

Hello,

after Enrico announcing the location of the home page, I took this as an
invitation to do some fixes.

I've done almost no content editing, mostly fixing broken links,
outdated descriptions,... I have fixec the front page only (and as a
result the oldnews page).

I've attached the diff with the changes I've committed.
