Well, wv makes sense; it contains several utilities that do all
sorts of things with MS-Office fileformats, including viewing them
and PDFifying them, which unavoidably makes the package a
false-positive for your search.

And I can imagine texpower might be a similar case for TeX rather
than MS-Office (it certainly works-with::text:pdf), but after
spending a few minutes fighting its docs I can't honestly say I
understand what it's doing with that use::viewing tag.
