Seems I was wrong on this point, sorry about this. Having played around
with the AI tagger some more, the main bottleneck is not the testing but
actually finding the package data. --test-all-packages evaluates all
packages against a single tag in 90 seconds on my machine, so a complete
read-in of all tags would take about half a day. With a bit of profiling
I bet this could be reduced to run within a couple of hours, max. Just a
matter of storing this in a database, refreshing it every week, and
we're in business!

Anyway, I'll be away for a week starting tomorrow. Looking forward to
doing some proper hacking once I get back. And yes, you'll get your
mockups, don't worry :)
