New game tags

I would probably vote for game::real-time and game::turn-based or maybe
game::time:real and game::time:turn-based, since the distinction applies to
other games as well (puzzle -- think rocks'n'diamonds for realtime, but many
are turn based, same for rpg's, although there are rpg's that have both modes,
not sure there are any in debian, could have game::time:mixed-mode or have
both above tags attached, not sure which is more "right").

Other than that, no objections.
