Web editor improvements, and added tips page

Hi Enrico,
The editor doesn't work in Opera btw.
Unfortunately, Opera is very anal about syntax. I hope I just fixed
the tag cloud for opera again.
For example { a=1, b=2, c=3, } makes opera barf because of the last comma.
