A recap of the longstanding problems in the debtags vocabulary:
* made-of:: is redundantly made-of::data:;
* culture:: is misnamed and misorganised;
* filetransfer:: is an entire superfluous facet;
* many other tags are redundantly available under different facets
	(making the archives harder to tag and harder to search).
