Proposal for new tag field:aviation

Please add the tag "field:aviation" to the debtags list. It meets the  
rule-of-thumb criteria:

+ represent a clear, atomic concept:
aviation clearly describes anything to do with flight.

+ have a facet to fit in:
it fits into facet "field" which contains elements such as arts,  
astronomy, chemistry, and linguistics.

+ more than 6 or 7 packages:
debian packages include flight-simulator games, e.g., flightgear,  
sabre, gl-117, searchandrescue; flight planning and logging programs,  
e.g., kflog; meteorlogical programs such as metar; and utilities such  
as gpsbabel.
