flasm tags not in Packages files?

Hi,

I noticed that one of my packages (flasm) has tags:

http://debtags.alioth.debian.org/edit.html?pkg=flasm

That don't show up in the packages files:

http://packages.debian.org/flasm

Any ideas why that might be?
