http://wiki.debian.org/DebTags points to a later debconf - Debconf7
paper at http://debtags.alioth.debian.org/paper-debconf7/ - however
the first link, http://debtags.alioth.debian.org/paper-debconf7/intro
doesn't work - it should be intro.html

Once the links are fixed, it might be useful to add a list to this
Debconf7 article too.

The wiki page link to
