You should ‘apt-get update && debtags update &&
update-apt-xapian-index’ as the debtags and apt databases are
separate. Updating axi may be optional.
Note that the tags data in a package record (apt-cache) is still
subject to override similar to priority on some packages. For
stopmotion though you should get the expected results after updating
debtags.
