If I see proper tagging in http://debtags.debian.net/edit/apt-listbugs but not
in latest .deb package what's wrong?

  https://packages.debian.org/sid/all/apt-listbugs/download

I would like to query:

  $ aptitude search '?tag(works-with::bugs) ?tag(suite::debian)'

and miss some packages, while them properly tagged according to
http://debtags.debian.net/

Why http://debtags.debian.net/ and not http://debtags.debian.org/ ?
