[Debtorrent-devel] Testing next release: 0.1.1

I've just updated the README, and the next release is ready for
testing. You can find the now more complicated instructions in the
README to try and test it. I've tried everything I can think of, but
it's hard to test the integration with apt when there's not many
seeders, so if anyone has any ideas...

The version to test is svn 55, which is currently the latest one.
