[Debtorrent-devel] Next release (0.1.1) is ready

I've just updated the README file (svn 67), and with that I think the
next release is ready. I'm aiming to post it on Monday (the official
first day of coding for the Google Summer of Code). So, if you know of
any problems with it, please let me know before then.
