I will certainly be there (I've already bought plane tickets, so unless
something very important happens I'm quite sure to come).

If you manage to come, ad I said, it will be a great time to work on the
project... If otherwise you don't, but the project reaches a good stage in
the next few weeks we can maybe prepare anyway something to present there,
to show the project idea and the status (as of may) to the rest of the
community...

But for now maybe it's better if we concentrate on the project itself... 
At least till debconf's call for papers arrives! ;)
