Bug#696018: devscripts: [debsnap] fails if package name contains regex meta-characters

Dear Maintainer,

Attempting to debsnap the source package c++-annotations leads to errors
like:

debsnap: No files with hash ... matched 'c++-annotations'

The problem is that Perl's m// operator treats the '+' as a regex 
meta-character.  Escaping the '+' fixes the problem for me.  Please see
the attached patch for a possible solution.
