Bug#678193: uscan --repack leaves temporary file behind

Repacking a bzip2-compressed tarball (did not try other archive types
yet) leaves a file whose name starts with "GLOB(0x" behind, apparently
the one created by tempfile().

To reproduce that, run the following:

$ debcheckout xserver-xorg-video-nouveau
$ uscan --force-download --repack
