Bug#719699: [PATCH] use Vcs-Upstream-* when --upstream is used

Dear maintainer,

attached you can find a patch which adds an option called --upstream.
With that option, debcheckout will look for Vcs-Upstream-* tags instead
of Vcs-* tags.
