Bug#697273: devscripts: [debuild] Support for calling blhc after a build similar to calling lintian

Dear devscript Maintainers,

it would be nice if debuild could automatically run blhc (the Build Log
Hardening Checker) after a build in the same way as it runs lintian (and
formerly linda) after a build.

Possible options:

$ debuild --blhc --blhc-opts=--color
