origtargz should also work when being in the debian subdirectory of a
package:

~/pkg-perl/libuniversal-moniker-perl/debian → origtargz
debian/changelog: No such file or directory
~/pkg-perl/libuniversal-moniker-perl/debian → cd ..
~/pkg-perl/libuniversal-moniker-perl → origtargz
pristine-tar: successfully generated ../libuniversal-moniker-perl_0.08.orig.tar.gz
~/pkg-perl/libuniversal-moniker-perl →
