Bug#703633: debchange --bpo writes bpo60 in debian/changelog as version in wheezy

Hi there,

Invoking dch --bpo in Debian Wheezy produces:
devscripts (2.12.6~bpo60+1) squeeze-backports; urgency=low

instead of writing:
devscripts (2.12.6~bpo70+1) wheezy-backports; urgency=low

It would be nice to release Wheezy with the correct version number and nick
name. I have attached a patch, which seems to work.

P.S: Also, it seems the VCS fields are wrong, a git clone didn't work for me.
