Bug#726694: It seems like really bad design to ahve a package fail because of the date it is built

Why should the testsuit fail just because of the date you rebuild it?
That seems like a really bad design.  And this keeps happening again
and again with devscripts and its use of distro-info-data.

It seems that the test is wrong if it stops working after a certain date.
