devscripts still fails to build with perl 5.18:

pod2man --utf8 --center=" " --release="Debian Utilities" who-permits-upload.pl > who-permits-upload.1
who-permits-upload.pl around line 123: Expected text after =item, not a number
who-permits-upload.pl around line 127: Expected text after =item, not a number
POD document had syntax errors at /usr/bin/pod2man line 71.
make[2]: *** [who-permits-upload.1] Error 255
