Bug#735906: uscan: Repack broken by hidden files

Hi,

Trying to use the Files-Excluded feature from uscan with adblock-plus
ends up with a broken adblock-plus_2.4.1+dfsg.orig.tar.gz tarball
containing a top level directory with almost all the content, then a few
hidden files:

adblock-plus-2.4.1+dfsg.orig/
adblock-plus-2.4.1+dfsg.orig/addChecksum.py
[ and almost everything in that adblock-plus-2.4.1+dfsg.orig directory ]
adblock-plus-2.4.1+dfsg.orig/buildtools/lib/keySelector.js
.hg_archival.txt
.hgsub
.hgsubstate

(off course, the actual source tarball contain the .hg* files at the
same level as the rest of the content)
