/usr/share/perl5/Sbuild/Build.pm:           print F "$name ($NMUversion) $dists; urgency=low, binary-only=yes\n\n";

This is the new format, in use for quite some time.
dch is still using the old format, which lacks the
“, binary-only=yes” part. Please fix this.
