Dear devscripts Maintainers,

given the following debian/control line:

Depends: a|b|l1|c,d,e,f

wrap-and-sort produces the following output:

Depends: a|b|l1|c,
         d,
         e,
         f

It would be nice if wrap-and-sort would also add blanks around "|" where
they are missing, e.g. that the output looks like this:

Depends: a | b | l1 | c,
         d,
         e,
         f
