We have daily builds on Ubuntu:
https://code.launchpad.net/~devscripts-dev/+recipe/daily
It get's build just every day (not on every push) and it may not catch
Debian-only bugs, but I can't remember any bug that only affected
Debian, but not Ubuntu.
