Bug#771119: [licensecheck] Check Groovy, Scala and Clojure files

Dear Maintainers,

Could you please update the licensecheck tool to also inspect
the Groovy (.groovy), Scala (.scala) and Clojure (.clj) files?
Groovy and Scala use Java-like comments (/* ... */ and //).
Clojure has only line comments with the ';' character as prefix.
This can be tested on the gradle package for .scala and .groovy
files, and on the clojure1.6 package for .clj files.
