Bug#765338: wrap-and-sort: please support wrapping and sorting debian/*.links

Hi,

as the subject suggests, wrap-and-sort currently wraps and sorts
debian/*.install files, but neglects debian/*.links. It would be nice if
that could be added in a future release.
