Bug#797084: dch: Update to correctly recognize the named -security suites

When performing a security upload, I asked dch to mark the target
distribution as jessie-security, but got:

    $ dch -D jessie-security
    dch warning: Recognised distributions are: unstable, testing, stable,
    oldstable, experimental, {testing-,stable-,oldstable-,}proposed-updates,
    {testing,stable,oldstable}-security, wheezy-backports, jessie-backports and UNRELEASED.

Please note that this *was* the right behaviour, but #708290
incorporated this change in developers-reference (hence it should be
updated in our tools!)
