Bug#751984: devscripts: mk-origtargz do not handle xpi files correctly

Hi,

Just for the record, I did not understand why 2 sites are listed in the
watch file of mozilla-noscript.  Anyway:

This worked nicely.  Now uupdate works if ther e is new version.
