No, if you're placing the cache in $XDG_CACHE_HOME (or ~/.cache if not
set), then adding CACHEDIR.TAG no longer matters. And thanks!
Something ought to create $XDG_CACHE_HOME/CACHEDIR.TAG, but every piece
of software creating a cache there shouldn't need to worry about that.
Perhaps xdg-user-dirs should create that.
