I just tried to add a watch file to some adopted packages, but apparently the
setup by my upstream is not supported by uscan. The file in question is

http://festvox.org/packed/festival/2.4/voices/festvox_kallpc16k.tar.gz

You can clearly see that the version is only in the directory tree (2.4 in this
case) while the name of the file stays the same over releases. It would be
great if uscan supported this instead of the current:
